Some students may have ADA-approved testing accomodations that allow them extended time on a test or a distraction-free testing environment. The YCCC Testing Center, located in the Student Success Commons, can provide these testing accommodations.

Instructors must submit the exam to the Testing Center as a PDF document 24 hours prior to the date and time the exam is scheduled for the class.

Students must make an appointment in the Testing Center during the published Testing hours.  The test may be taken during the class time if an appointment time is available, or within 24 hours after the original date and time of the classroom test.  Tests will not be administered earlier than the date and time of the classroom test unless expressly authorized by the instructor.

The Testing Center will return the completed exam to the instructor as a PDF using their YCCC email address within 24 hours of the student completing the exam.
